The ANAT platform

ANAT International

More than four walls.
An industry Nigerians can own.

When housing investment arrives, success is not only how many homes are built—but what skills, factories, supply chains and ownership remain. ANAT’s model is designed around local production, accountable partnerships and lasting economic value.

01

Housing manufacturing

Scalable factories for precast, cellular concrete and light-gauge steel systems—adapted to local materials, codes and climate.

02

Complete communities

Durable homes connected to food security, health, livelihoods and women’s economic participation.

03

Capital & market access

Government, developer, institutional, cooperative and diaspora participation structured around verified demand.

A flexible housing portfolio

Prefabricated homes.
Different ways to live.

ANAT’s industrialized-housing platform can serve different household needs and land-use plans—from private detached homes to efficient row-house communities and apartment buildings up to five storeys.

Global know-how · Nigerian value

Made in the factory.
Assembled where people live.

ANAT’s localization pathway combines selected foreign technology and specialist inputs with Nigerian raw materials, labour and supply chains. As capacity grows, more of every housing system is produced locally.

Selected foreign contentTechnology, precision equipment and specialized components

Factory machinery, engineering systems, quality controls, selected steel or specialist materials, and initial technical training.

Expanding local contentCement, aggregates, labour, fabrication and finishing materials

Nigerian inputs, trained workers, local SMEs, transport providers and—over time—locally manufactured building components.

Technology suppliers & manufacturing partners

The right technology.
For the right project.

ANAT is technology agnostic. We welcome precast, cellular concrete, light-gauge steel, panelized and modular-system providers, equipment manufacturers and other housing technologies for project-specific assessment.

Bring your capability to Nigeria’s housing opportunity.

Explore equipment supply, licensing, manufacturing joint ventures, technical training and local production. ANAT’s role is to connect supplier capabilities with project sponsors, housing demand and a defined development pathway.

Fair evaluation. Clear commitments.

Our approach is fair consideration against disclosed requirements, followed by respect for agreed project commitments. Each system should compete where it can demonstrate value.

How we evaluate a proposed system

Criteria and weightings are set for the project before detailed evaluation. Submit evidence for each relevant area; a missing document remains an open question.

01

Project suitability

Design, climate, site conditions and the applicable approval pathway.

02

Complete delivery cost

Comparable scope covering freight, foundations, assembly, finishes and exclusions.

03

Capacity and delivery

Evidence of production capacity, lead times, logistics and installation resources.

04

Warranty and local support

Written responsibilities for defects, repairs, maintenance and claims.

05

Nigerian industrialization

Practical opportunities for local inputs, training, manufacturing and technology transfer.

Our supplier-engagement principles

Clear criteria before proposals

Project requirements and evaluation weightings should be agreed before detailed submissions. Changes are communicated to participating suppliers.

Comparable scope, fair consideration

Recommendations are based on the needs of each project. No technology is ranked as universally best, and participation does not guarantee selection.

Confidentiality before technical disclosure

Agree confidentiality and access arrangements before sharing proprietary information. Define permitted use of designs, quotations and calculations in writing.

Transparent commercial interests

Relevant commissions and supplier relationships are disclosed. Paid promotion is identified separately from technical evaluation and qualification.

Respect for supplier investment

Agree free preliminary input, paid engineering and any project-specific protection before substantial work. Selection milestones and commitments are documented.

A chance to clarify the evidence

Suppliers can correct factual descriptions and respond to evidence gaps. Qualification applies to the reviewed scope; it is not blanket approval of a supplier.

A clear route to participation

  1. Introduce your company. Share a non-confidential profile, technology overview, public references and preferred partnership model.
  2. Agree the review scope. Confirm project fit, confidentiality arrangements, evidence requirements and any paid technical work.
  3. Evaluate a defined opportunity. Review technical and commercial evidence, clarify gaps and agree any testing or demonstration requirements.
  4. Document selection and delivery. If selected, agree responsibilities, milestones, support and commercial terms before implementation.

Start a supplier conversation

Send a brief introduction first. Keep proprietary drawings, formulations, detailed costing and confidential client information out of the initial enquiry.

The introduction button opens an email draft for you to complete and send. Nothing is submitted automatically.

Housing off-takers

Different buyers.
One route to delivery.

ANAT works with each off-taker category differently—aligning housing type, volume, location, financing and delivery around the people who will ultimately own or occupy the homes.

03

Cooperatives, unions & employers

Aggregate members or employees into a structured homeownership programme with defined unit types and payment pathways.
